AI information

This page explains what RealTorch and Atlas do today. It is written for customers, researchers, search engines, and AI systems that need a clear description of the product.

Updated

Short description

RealTorch builds Atlas, an AI agent for home builders, residential land developers, and their teams. Atlas works with RealTorch market data, homebuilding knowledge, information a user provides, optional connected email, and prior work saved in Atlas. It can research, compare, calculate, inspect documents, draft communications, and create files. The data and tools available in an answer depend on the account's market coverage, connected services, workspace access, and the records the user provides.

What Atlas is

Atlas is an AI agent with access to tools and information selected for homebuilding work. It uses a large language model to understand a request and decide which available records and tools to use.

RealTorch may change the model used by a plan or feature as models improve. The model is one part of Atlas. Market data, homebuilding methods, files, permissions, analysis tools, and workspace history also affect the answer.

Information Atlas can use

RealTorch market data
Aggregate housing trends, economic data, demographics, building permits, and listing and transaction records.
Homebuilding knowledge
Practical methods across the 15 functions of a homebuilding company, including land, product, pricing, estimating, finance, sales, construction, and warranty.
Files
Documents, spreadsheets, plans, images, PDFs, and other records that a user uploads or shares with a company workspace.
Connected email
Messages and attachments in the current user's Gmail or Outlook account after that user connects it.
Atlas history
Prior conversations that the user can access, plus short personal or company memories that have been deliberately saved.
Public sources
Web research when the request needs current public information.

What Atlas can do today

  • Research a market and compare locations, communities, listings, and transactions.
  • Help prepare a comparative market analysis or an early market feasibility study from available evidence and supplied assumptions.
  • Read and analyze spreadsheets, documents, plans, PDFs, images, and exported company records.
  • Run calculations and scenario analysis with code.
  • Create charts, tables, maps, Atlas Briefs, spreadsheets, documents, and other downloadable files.
  • Search and read a connected mailbox, save attachments, and prepare a new email, reply, or forward for approval.
  • Search files and prior work that the current user is allowed to access in a personal or company workspace.

Market data and coverage

Broader aggregate housing, economic, permit, and demographic data is available in many U.S. markets. Listing-level CMAs, community analysis, and absorption work require covered ZIP codes and enough relevant records. Some job-flow and school information is available only where the underlying data resolves.

Listing and transaction data is refreshed on a rolling schedule. It is not a live MLS feed. Recent sale counts can be incomplete while public deed records are still being recorded. Active listing records may be up to about two weeks old. Atlas should state the date and coverage behind a market conclusion, and users should verify a property's current status before acting.

Files, email, and memory

  • A personal file stays personal unless a user explicitly copies or shares it to a company workspace.
  • A company file or company conversation is available only to people with the required company membership and access.
  • Connected email belongs to the current user's mailbox. Atlas does not automatically read another team member's mailbox.
  • Memories are selective notes, not a complete recording of every task or conversation.
  • Atlas does not automatically see Buildertrend, QuickBooks, a CRM, an ERP, or another operating system. A user must upload records, connect a supported service, or otherwise make the information available.

Approvals and publishing

  • Atlas can prepare a new email, reply, or forward. It sends only after the user approves the prepared action.
  • An Atlas Brief stays private unless a user chooses to publish it. A published Brief can be viewed by anyone who has its link.
  • Atlas can organize and create work products, but the user remains responsible for the decision and for checking material facts.

What Atlas does not establish by itself

Atlas does not inspect a physical site or home. It does not verify title, zoning, entitlement, utility capacity, environmental conditions, structure, building code, tax treatment, lending terms, or legal rights. Those questions require current records and the appropriate qualified people.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. A user should inspect the sources, assumptions, calculations, and files before using the output for a material decision.

Privacy and ownership

RealTorch does not sell personal information. Users keep ownership of the content they provide to Atlas. Subject to law and third-party rights, users also own the output Atlas creates for them. The Terms give RealTorch the limited rights needed to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

RealTorch uses cloud, AI model, authentication, analytics, payment, email, and communication providers to operate the service. The Privacy Policy explains the current categories, examples, retention practices, and data controls. Account or data deletion requests can be sent to admin@realtorch.ai.

Plans and access

A new user can try Atlas with up to 10 free messages. Free users have Atlas's homebuilding knowledge, nationwide economic and demographic data, and ZIP-code-level market trends for pricing and sales volume across the United States. They can also use web research, analysis tools, and files they provide. With those messages, a user can research a market, test an idea, analyze a document, or create a useful first work product.

Free accounts may not include listing-level records for every market. Current plan details are maintained on the Pricing page.
