5. Data controls and deletion requests

Certain content can be removed through product controls, such as selected files, folders, or saved memories. We do not currently offer a fully automated self-service workflow for deleting all account data.

If you want your information deleted from our systems, want to request account deletion, or need help removing content that is not self-service, email admin@realtorch.ai. We will work to comply with deletion requests, subject to verification and any legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of certain personal information, and you may have rights relating to how personal information is used.

To help protect personal information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may exercise applicable privacy rights by contacting admin@realtorch.ai.
